DRM isn't suddenly going to convert pirates, who might only pay for say MMORPGs like WoW or FF14, into paying customers for other types of games. Hardcore pirates are never going to buy the game no matter what, so all Denuvo is doing is stopping more casual players who might download a torrent of a game if it leaks early before release date or a very casual pirate who sometimes download games all their friends are talking about on release week but might actually buy it otherwise. I can sort of defend Denuvo if Publishers utilized it correctly, i.e., have Denuvo for their release for the first 3 months or so, then remove it since after that time period it really does nothing other than hurt people who paid for the game. Not really sure I want to start all over again on PC. I already played vanilla P5 on PS4 and then P5 Royal. I'll just play it on Gamepass if I feel like playing it again.
